What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a senior IT leadership role to drive digital transformation, align technology with business strategy, mentor teams, and deliver measurable value in a collaborative, innovative organization.

I am an IT leader who leverages project management best practices and collaborative teams to deliver outcomes aligned with business strategy. I prioritize stable, secure operations while accelerating market response and reducing costs.

As an IT Business Relationship Manager I acted as the strategic liaison across LATAM and the Caribbean, leading initiatives such as Meet your BRM and FRM, TechWeek 2024, the Digital Transformation Roadmap and One Source of Truth for portfolio visibility. I contributed to award-winning programs, including OCIOAwards for Digital Literacy and SAP Cloud implementations.

Earlier in my career I led the project lifecycle for over 30 telecommunications and information systems projects, including Contact Center Evolution, Commercial Intelligence, Big Data and Customer Experience Management. I have implemented solutions using Agile/Scrum and Waterfall approaches, coordinated complex vendor and migration activities, and was recognized for delivering projects on scope, time and budget.

I combine academic teaching and mentorship with practical leadership: adjunct professor roles, PMI volunteer leadership, and certifications (PMP, BRMP, MSIS, MBA). I speak Spanish natively, have advanced English and practical French and Portuguese, and I am focused on roles where I can drive strategic IT value, mentor teams and scale digital transformation.
