In my current role as a Cashier/Customer Service associate at ShortStop, I handle money and customer transactions efficiently while keeping the store clean and organized. I deliver excellent service while assisting customers and contributing to smooth day-to-day operations.

Previously, I worked as a Dental Assistant at Gracemed, where I assisted in patient preparation for dental procedures and recorded patient information and treatment plans in EHR. I supported dentists by providing necessary tools and materials, and I improved workflow through better prep and exam room setup.

I also contributed to smarter processes through accomplishments like introducing online new patient forms and leading the implementation of a digital x-rays system to optimize workflow. I use Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking spreadsheets, speak Spanish, and I’m aiming to leverage strong analytical and organizational skills to drive success while supporting team dynamics and community engagement.
