What I'm looking for

I seek roles focusing on process automation, data-driven decision making, cross-functional project delivery, and opportunities to lead system integrations and efficiency improvements.

I am an Industrial and Systems Engineer specializing in systems engineering, quality, logistics, and supply chain management, with hands-on experience automating processes and delivering measurable efficiencies. I have led projects that integrated payroll systems, supported ATS selection and implementation, and developed automation tools that transform hours of work into seconds.

At Banorte I managed projects optimizing HR processes, supported the design of ATM assembly workflows and supply chain processes for a new facility, and built interim operational databases to maintain continuity during system transitions. At MDY I rebuilt the main database, unified raw data into actionable KPIs, and created Power BI dashboards that improved executive visibility.

I combine technical skills in SQL, VBA, Python, Power BI, and SAP with project management practices including SCRUM, Lean Six Sigma, and DMAIC to deliver process improvements and cost savings. I collaborate across HR, Legal, Payroll, IT and operations to drive implementations and ensure measurable outcomes.
