I'm a freelance customer support trainer and consultant helping companies analyse and improve workflows, KPIs, SLAs, CSAT, and customer feedback. I support managers and teams through tailored training, coaching, and self-development.

From 2020 to 2025, I led Customer Support, Customer Experience, and commercial teams, implementing Zendesk and AI tools while managing shift and task planning. I handled advanced customer and stakeholder problem resolution.

Previously, I managed, recruited, and trained teams of up to 12 customer support agents, overseeing daily tasks, incidents, and shifts. My earlier roles also covered rental and sales office management, property sales, contracts, and end-to-end customer support.

I've also worked in customer success and account management across French, Spanish, and Scandinavian markets, supporting retention and resolving logistical issues. I bring a customer-centric, empathetic approach that combines operational leadership with practical AI capabilities.
