I’m a strategic operator and business builder with over 13 years of operational and commercial experience across multiple ventures in Uganda. As Founder and Managing Director of three active businesses, I designed operational systems from first principles, led cross-functional execution without institutional support, and built institutional partnerships with regulated financial entities including Pearl Bank Uganda, Stanbic Bank Uganda, and the Financial Intelligence Authority of Uganda. I operate at the intersection of strategic thinking and hands-on execution—building structure in ambiguous environments and driving outcomes with limited resources.

Today, I’m applying that operational depth in Pheex International (trade advisory and market intelligence), where I built the service delivery framework, managed the full client lifecycle, and used AI tools to accelerate infrastructure and documentation. Previously, through Kavali Capital, I led end-to-end institutional contract programmes within Uganda’s PPDA-governed procurement framework, generating significant contract revenue and value while managing complex dual relationships with credit facilities. I also grew The Emporium into a long-running consumer electronics and online retail operation, coordinating procurement, inventory, pricing, and customer experience as a one-person cross-functional leader, while automating routine tasks with AI. I’m currently pursuing a Bachelor of International Business at Makerere University Business School to formalise my applied commercial experience and bring the same standards of execution, governance, and institutional trust to a high-performing organisation.
