What I'm looking for

I seek senior roles leading operations and finance in mission-driven organisations where I can strengthen systems, ensure donor compliance, mentor teams, and scale measurable program impact.

I am a strategic, data-driven operations and finance leader with over 20 years of experience across NGOs, development, and corporate sectors. I specialise in operational leadership, financial management, donor compliance, and multi-stakeholder coordination.

I have directed operational, financial, and compliance functions for portfolios exceeding USD 5M annually, ensuring adherence to USAID, SDC, EU, and other donor requirements while securing funding renewals and project extensions.

In senior country roles I have led cross-functional teams to implement efficiency measures, strengthen internal controls, and reduce operational risks, while representing organisations in engagements with donors, government, and private partners.

I also provide private consultancy in financial strategy, compliance, procurement, and forensic investigations, and I serve on boards focused on women and youth leadership—bringing a hands-on, results-oriented approach to systems strengthening and capacity building.
