Nearly 30 years of working with people, and I still love learning new tools.
I’ve been an industrial nurse, a SPED and English teacher, an outbound sales agent for HSBC credit cards, a medical rep, a car business owner and, for the last nine years, a financial advisor. Today I’m a financial advisor leader at Insular Life (InLife) for 3 years: I recruit, train and coach new advisors and serve my own clients, much of it online through calls, chats and digital transactions. In 2024 I received the GAMA International Excellence in Recruitment Award and the LIMRA International Award for Productivity. At present I’m still an active insurance agent of Inlife.
I’m 53 and very comfortable with technology. I use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude every day, I know Shopify from setup to orders, I work in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and Microsoft Office, and I edit videos in CapCut, Canva and Google Flow. If a platform is new to me, I learn it fast.
What I bring to a remote team: patience with customers, clear English, steady follow-through, and the maturity to work on my own.
