Eunice Imali

I am an energetic self-starter with a strong proficiency in management, particularly in Google Workspace, inbox and calendar management, and project coordination. My experience as an HR intern at Coast General Hospital allowed me to manage recruitment efforts for a team of over 50 employees, where I collaborated closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and create effective job descriptions.

During my internship, I successfully directed a team of five interns on a wealth declaration project, completing it ahead of schedule. My commitment to maintaining high employee satisfaction was evident, as I achieved an 80% satisfaction rate over the course of a year. Recently, I completed a training program with Alx Africa, where I honed my skills in leveraging AI for career development and gained hands-on experience in presentations and web development.
