I’m looking for a COO / business operations leadership role where I can bring operational discipline to complex fintech or B2B environments—owning finance, compliance, HR, and automation—to move teams from chaos to clarity, control, and sustainable growth.

I’m an operations and business leader with 15+ years of experience building and scaling business operations across banking, B2B services, fintech and crypto. I work closely with founders and business owners to bring clarity, accountability, and operational discipline to complex, fast-changing environments, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

As Chief Operating Officer (COO), I built and managed operational infrastructure for a crypto market maker and private investment fund—owning finance, legal, compliance, HR, and business operations. I managed end-to-end finance operations (payments, invoicing, payroll, commissions, cash flow, and management reporting) and controlled digital asset operations via Fireblocks, including wallet control, fund flows, and access security.

I also established legal and compliance infrastructure, including contract framework (NDAs, client and partner agreements) and legal risk review procedures. To strengthen execution, I implemented and customised HubSpot and internal analytics tools, then automated operational and financial workflows using scripts, bots, and system integrations for significantly improved efficiency.

Earlier, as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), I built the commercial function in the Far Eastern region from scratch—hiring the team, implementing CRM, creating sales scripts, and building planning systems. I achieved significant revenue growth through new B2B expansion and key accounts, and as Deputy Director of a regional bank branch network, I oversaw 40 retail branches and 500+ employees while delivering 40% revenue growth through sales management, product rollouts, and improved customer service.
