What I'm looking for

I seek a role in a mission-driven organization where I can lead community development, livelihood and capacity-building initiatives, contribute to M&E and support sustainable, inclusive programs.

I am a community development and social work professional with experience implementing livelihood, financial inclusion, and agricultural support projects across district and community levels. I have led VSLA formation, trained village agents on financial literacy and VSLA protocols, and supported monitoring, evaluation and reporting to ensure projects meet objectives.

My background includes field-level engagement with smallholder farmers, client services and audit-like processing for public programs; I combine strong community mobilization, training and supervision skills with solid reporting and partnership-building experience to drive sustainable outcomes.
