I’m looking for a role where I can write accurate, secure, data-driven content while using my cybersecurity training, supporting social impact, and contributing through clear communication, reliability, and continuous learning.

I’m a data-driven content writer who delivers accurate, reliable, and secure content, guided by a strong background in cybersecurity and a commitment to social change. I translate complex information into clear writing that’s meant to educate and move people to action.

Through customer-facing experience at Calltronix Limited, I achieved 100% customer satisfaction by resolving product issues, meeting KPIs, and handling inbound calls with care. I also built practical legal exposure through my internship at Kisumu Law Courts—processing cases in the case tracking system, handling release orders, proofreading legal documents, and presenting pleas—while strengthening advocacy by participating in Children’s Service Week.
