Supported brewery quality control by performing sterilization procedures including ATP swab testing and conducting fermentation sample analysis. Collected samples, recorded results in LIMS, calibrated equipment, and used aseptic techniques to inoculate and plate samples for microbiology monitoring.

Earned a First Class Honours BSc in Biological and Chemical Sciences. Dissertation focused on detecting and isolating antibacterial resistant determinants in probiotics that can be passed onto natural flora.

Completed A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Psychology, along with an EPQ in Carnism (Sustainability).
