What I'm looking for

I’m looking to help organizations run more efficiently—using data analysis, BI, and process improvement to standardize operations, strengthen documentation, and deliver excellent bilingual support within cross-functional teams.

I’m a multidisciplinary professional with 10 years of experience optimizing organizational efficiency through data analysis, operations management, and process improvement. I’ve worked remotely for companies in the UK, Spain, USA, and Denmark, and I’ve also contributed in government roles in Honduras.

In my operations and analytics work, I focus on turning messy information into reliable insight. I clean, segment, and visualize critical databases with Advanced Excel and Power BI, and I support data-driven decision making through strong documentation and traceability.

I bring practical leadership and customer-facing expertise across cross-functional teams. As a Head of Service Desk, I led a pre-cycle unit and implemented a new data standardization approach to ensure clean information availability for execution, while also creating procedural manuals and delivering personalized citizen service.

My field and project experience strengthens how I design processes end-to-end. I’ve led field teams for national household update tours, coordinated logistics and data for international observation missions, and developed institutional process manuals to standardize delivery—supported by my bilingual English/Spanish capability and my technical support background.
