I am a finance and general management executive with 20+ years of experience across corporate finance, premium multi-brand retail, distribution, banking, consulting, logistics, and service-driven ventures. My executive experience in Panama and Colombia is complemented by international advisory work covering Asia, Latin America, and the Bahamas.

As CFO for Apple Premium Reseller operations in Panama and Colombia, I led finance across 20 stores, managed approximately USD 70M in annual treasury flows, and led 20 finance professionals. Following the sale of the business, the acquiring group selected me to support the ownership transition and subsequently appointed me Country Manager for Panama, leading Grupo Davissa’s Apple, Nespresso, and Sunglass Hut operations. I led an 85-person operation with approximately USD 25.6M in 2018 sales, achieving 5% year-over-year sales growth and 22% EBITDA growth.

Through ERM Consulting, I advise business owners, boards, and executive teams on financial strategy, business planning, commercial growth, organizational transformation, and implementation priorities. My work connects financial and operating models with pricing, profitability, cash flow, processes, organizational structures, governance, and capacity for expansion.

I combine financial rigor, strategic judgment, and people development with an ownership mindset and hands-on execution. I use AI as a tool for iterative reasoning and critical review to deepen analysis, challenge assumptions, integrate perspectives, and develop practical business solutions, with rigorous validation, independent judgment, and accountability for decisions.
