Designed and managed transformation programs, defined future operating models, and led AI solution implementation while directing agile teams. Delivered client impact including deployment of an AI-powered customer service chatbot (2024) and supply-chain streamlining that reduced re-work with $30,000 in savings (2023).

Led and optimized water treatment operations across primary clarification, secondary clarification, filtration, ultrafiltration, and reverse osmosis. Built manufacturing schedules and procedures, and used production/maintenance/failure records to recommend improvements that increased overall performance.

Managed production activities, material flow, and inventory to meet cost, quality, and schedule objectives. Designed and executed manufacturing plans and budgetary controls, established manufacturing and quality standards, and directed personnel to optimize productivity.

Controlled particulate matter emissions using mass and energy balance on the diaper production line and led implementation of SMED and a Process Control Framework on Huggies. Drove Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce material consumption and total waste, including reducing waste from 3.2% to 0.9% and achieving $35,000 in annual savings.

Completed an MBA with a concentration in Logistics in October 2022.
