I’m Esteban T. Cartledge, a dynamic, results-driven professional with 10+ years of experience in Procurement and Sourcing across Energy, Oil & Gas, and Chemicals. I bring over 3 years in Vendor Management Office (VMO) roles, and I’m now applying that same rigor in HR Talent Insights.

In recent work at ExxonMobil as an HRTalentInsightsAdvisor, I’ve created ad-hoc reports and tailored dashboards for high-visibility stakeholders representing 60% of the company’s workforce, and improved reporting reliability by identifying structural and data source issues.
