At Hapag-Lloyd, I manage end-to-end ocean export shipments from booking through vessel departure, coordinating with overseas offices, terminals and ports to keep cargo moving smoothly.

I resolve delays, schedule changes and operational issues while supporting vessel planning, booking management and cargo allocation. I also protect company revenue through billing verification and demurrage and detention charge management.

Previously, I taught English at Zubeyde Hanim Schools, building strong communication, organisation and presentation skills in addition to my fluent English and native Turkish.
