I arrange and monitor air, sea, and road shipments, tracking milestones, shipping documents, and delivery status. I also compare vendor quotations and follow up on pricing and service arrangements.
I maintain customer, shipment, quotation, and partner records in ERP systems and Excel, and prepare reports and organized documentation. I review freight costs and invoices, coordinate corrections when I find discrepancies, and manage time-sensitive follow-ups across countries and time zones.
Previously, at Safiyaa Ltd., I coordinated supplier, warehouse, shipping, and customer-related tasks, working directly with the company’s US department. I followed up on orders, inventory, dispatches, and deliveries, and supported cross-border order fulfillment.
