I’m an Export Operations Manager with 9+ years of experience in international road freight, export operations, shipment planning, customer management, and carrier coordination across European routes. I coordinate end-to-end execution from planning through delivery follow-up, keeping export documentation and operational reporting tightly controlled.

In peak periods, I manage up to 21 daily loadings and maintain visibility across active shipments while monitoring and controlling up to 130 vehicles, including rented fleet capacity. I act as a central coordination point between customers, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to keep information flow accurate and delivery performance smooth.

I also coordinate a 2-person operations team, support daily priorities, and resolve operational disruptions by communicating with stakeholders, prioritizing urgent shipments, and applying practical solutions under time pressure. With a strong operational discipline and a service-quality mindset, I strengthen customer relationships and contribute to increased shipment volumes through reliable execution.
