Esrael SILVA

I am an experienced law enforcement and security professional with over 15 years of service at the Pantex Nuclear Weapons Facility in Amarillo, Texas. Since August 2011, I have served as a Security Police Officer, protecting critical national security assets in a highly regulated environment. I hold a Department of Energy Q clearance and have completed the Amarillo Police Academy, with prior credentials as a Texas Peace Officer.

Throughout my career, I have developed extensive experience in physical security, emergency response, risk assessment, regulatory compliance, incident investigations, operational readiness, and high-pressure decision-making. My work requires exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, accountability, confidentiality, and the ability to perform effectively under demanding circumstances.

Leadership and organizational development are among my greatest strengths. I currently serve as President of the TASO Amarillo Football Chapter, where I help lead an organization of approximately 130 officials. My responsibilities include membership development, training, conflict resolution, policy enforcement, professional standards, communication, and coordination with athletic administrators and school districts.

I also serve as an NCAA Division II football referee and crew chief in the Lone Star Conference. In this position, I lead officiating crews, conduct performance evaluations, mentor developing officials, manage complex situations, and make critical decisions under intense public scrutiny. These experiences have strengthened my skills in personnel management, team building, strategic communication, conflict resolution, and leadership under pressure.

Additionally, I have served as President of the Amarillo Basketball Officials Chapter, further expanding my experience in organizational leadership, administration, recruitment, and professional development.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish and place tremendous value on integrity, professionalism, servant leadership, and continuous improvement. I take pride in developing others, building effective teams, improving operational processes, and establishing a culture of accountability and excellence.

Professionally, I am interested in advancing into leadership, management, performance assurance, compliance, investigations, security operations, training, or organizational development. I am particularly interested in opportunities where my experience in nuclear security, law enforcement, regulatory environments, and organizational leadership will contribute to operational excellence and long-term success.

My goal is to continue growing professionally while making a meaningful impact through leadership, problem-solving, operational improvement, and service to others.
