What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my background in security, investigations, compliance, case management, and training in a role where I can support incident response, improve procedures, and manage complex workloads.

I've spent 7.5+ years handling threat assessment, investigations, case management, and compliance work across law enforcement, private security, and insurance.

At the Brown Deer Police Department, I used RMS, TLOxp, and FLOCK to document evidence, analyze intelligence, develop leads, and escalate findings to close cases. As Acting Shift Leader, I prioritized response and resources for 3–6 personnel handling roughly 125 daily calls while coordinating with internal units and outside agencies during complex incidents.

I've also built and delivered procedure and compliance training for 15–20 personnel, revised policies using performance data, and now manage approximately 400 concurrent leave and insurance cases at Sedgwick while supporting accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.
