At MOSTRANS, I test the web application manually and with automation using Selenium and Python. I also fixed several production bugs independently in the MHelp module, contributing directly to development.

Previously, I worked in Software Quality Assurance and Application Support at MOSTRANS, where I tested with WebDriverIO and Cypress and monitored the GPS API using Postman. I resolved 500–800 support tickets per month and helped reduce monthly tickets by 15% through support innovations.

At Indomaret Group, I designed test plans and created more than 150 test cases across two products and three user roles. During my internship at PT PLN (Persero), I planned Wi-Fi access distribution at PLN Nusantara Power Muara Karang, designing a network topology and comparing access point brands using AHP.

I founded S2E MANAGEMENT, where I manage influencer campaign operations and have handled more than 200 influencers. I also built a Tech News mobile application using Android Studio and Jetpack Compose during a project-based internship at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.
