I've led quality assurance for Core Banking migration and multiple banking applications at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia, coordinating SIT, UAT, bug management, release readiness, and compliance-focused delivery. Previously at Lifepack, I led teams of 4 to 10+ QA engineers across Lifepack, Lifepack for Medic, Jovee, and PT Global Logistik Medika systems, delivering five major releases and owning master test coverage.
I combine hands-on manual testing, functional testing, regression testing, API testing, and performance testing with QA process improvement, SOP development, and mentoring. I'm ISTQB CTFL certified and have researched automation using Katalon, Appium, Selenium IDE, and Selenium WebDriver.
