At Phoenix Suns, I analyzed payroll architecture and benefit deduction structures for the Phoenix Suns, Mercury, and Diamondbacks. I developed and audited Excel tracking models to support payroll integration with benefit premium deductions.
I investigated payroll and benefit deduction discrepancies, and identified and recovered $20,000 during a 401(k) benefit audit by isolating historical deduction variances. I also served as the primary liaison for internal and external audit inquiries.
Most recently, I worked as an HR Specialist Total Rewards at City of Goodyear, reconciling carrier invoices, supporting eligibility tracking and open enrollment, and processing purchase orders and vendor payments. Earlier, as Accounting Specialist Supervisor at Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, I directed invoice processing workflows and developed training documentation to reduce transactional errors.
