What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Business Development Representative role where I can engage prospects, handle objections, follow up reliably, and work independently during Western business hours.

I've supported customer sales and operations at Shajh Textile in Bangladesh, speaking with customers by phone and in person to understand requirements and recommend suitable products and services.

I handle questions, concerns, and objections calmly, follow up on customer needs, and maintain accurate sales, invoice, customer, and inventory records. I also prepared daily sales reports, managed POS transactions and cash reconciliation, and supported staff scheduling and stock monitoring.

Most recently, I delivered face-to-face restaurant customer service at Kebab Frenzy in Australia. I'm seeking a Business Development Representative role where I can bring fluent English communication, prospect engagement, and reliable follow-up to Western business hours.
