At Epic, I manage software implementations for six customer teams spanning more than 40 partners each. I serve as a primary point of contact, align implementations to customer policies and practices, and bring physician, developer, and operational feedback into product development.
Previously at USAID’s Office of Digital Technology, I assessed digital technology policy impacts across 10+ countries, contributed to three analytical country reports, and translated data on technology, finance, and governance into policy summaries. I also identified an average 85% increase in staff subject-matter knowledge through training-program analysis and presented process-improvement recommendations to senior staff.
My background also includes intelligence and policy research at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, international-trip logistics in the Office of the Vice President, and operations work at Georgetown University. I bring experience coordinating stakeholders, analyzing complex information, writing clear briefings, and keeping cross-functional work moving.
