Eryn London
@erynlondon
Programme Manager who builds efficient, empathetic client lifecycles and training programmes.
What I'm looking for
I build programmes that bridge operational efficiency with human connection. I specialise in managing client lifecycles, nurturing stakeholder relationships, and managing and designing training programmes, whether that’s onboarding new clients, developing training content, or ensuring CRM systems support team productivity.
At the Point of Care Foundation, I oversaw the licence renewal process for 230+ health and social care organisations across the UK and Ireland. I redesigned licence renewal workflows and improved CRM data integrity, driving a measurable increase in on-time payment rates and operational efficiency, then implemented analytics to track facilitator training attendance and forecast future resource needs.
Previously, I designed and launched a multi-faith chaplaincy training programme at the University of Surrey with strong stakeholder buy-in and positive feedback. I’ve also authored and facilitated volunteer training work as Programme Manager for the Honeycomb Project, and I thrive at the intersection of planning, data, and people—creating programmes that are both efficient and empathetic.
