I'm looking to drive product decisions through analytics, user behavior insights, KPI measurement, and cross-functional collaboration that improves product adoption, customer value, and business outcomes.

At Ellucian, I lead product and behavioral analytics initiatives across the platform, turning user, system, and operational data into actionable product insights.

I partner with Product Managers, UX Researchers, Engineers, Customer Success, and leadership to define KPIs, measure adoption, evaluate feature performance, and influence product strategy. I build executive dashboards and reporting frameworks that make platform adoption, product health, operational efficiency, and service performance visible.

I use Pendo, Google Analytics, DataDog, SQL, Tableau, AWS DynamoDB, Excel, Power BI, and Mixpanel to analyze user journeys, engagement patterns, workflow behaviors, and feature adoption.

I also investigate root causes through telemetry, logs, and behavioral data, helping resolve production issues and improve platform reliability. I communicate complex findings as clear recommendations that support customer value and business outcomes.
