At Lemonade, I led the LLM layer for AI Jim claims automation, connecting Python services to policy and prior-claim context and writing cited coverage recommendations into Blender. I built evaluation gates and a React and TypeScript workbench so model and prompt changes could ship through a reviewable process.
I also moved Lemonade’s quote-to-bind path into Node.js and TypeScript microservices. The change nearly halved bind-path p99 and eliminated a recurring class of double-charge incidents.
At Guidewire, I wrote Go control-plane services for Guidewire Cloud Platform and developed Terraform modules and Helm charts that scaled self-service provisioning from tens to hundreds of carrier environments. I also built release tooling and observability across platform services.
At Capital One, I built Go services for real-time card authorization and delivered a feature-serving layer for fraud models. Earlier, I rebuilt customer servicing journeys and helped move the team to containerized CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
