What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a communications, social media, or customer experience role where I can create engaging content, strengthen audience connections, and contribute to positive user experiences.

I'm currently improving patron research outcomes and access to high-volume collections at the New York Public Library.

At the New York International Children's Film Festival, I led newsletter campaigns, drafted press releases, and created social content and promotional materials for filmmakers, contributors, and families.

I've also managed front desk operations at Paintbucket, resolving guest needs quickly while maintaining a consistent brand voice. I'm completing a BA in Film and Media Studies at Hunter College.
