What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level communications, public relations, or marketing role.

For my Communication Studies senior capstone, I researched internal communication challenges in retail pharmacy operations at CVS Pharmacy Retail. I combined peer-reviewed studies and industry research in a 5,500-word report, designed an anonymous employee survey, and recommended ways to improve clarity and trust.

At Sally Beauty, I led daily team and customer communication, trained and coached five team members, and resolved escalated concerns. I’ve also written AP-style news stories, workplace proposals, and audience-focused presentations.
