What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead inclusion and social impact work where participatory research, MERL, and evidence-based systems change turn lived experience into decisions—collaborating across stakeholders, shaping strategy, and strengthening learning that’s rigorous and humane.

I’m an award-winning social impact strategist, researcher, and adult learning practitioner with more than 20 years of experience advancing inclusion, participation, and systems change across community, academic, nonprofit, and international development settings. I focus on transforming lived experience into actionable knowledge, participatory governance, and evidence-based programme design.

Through my work, I’ve designed social impact and learning systems used across community and international programmes, led multidisciplinary teams, and facilitated processes from remote rural communities to global policy forums. I specialise in inclusion strategy, participatory research, monitoring, evaluation, research and learning (MERL), leadership development, curriculum design, and facilitation across diverse cultural and institutional contexts.

Recently, I founded Voice Economy, building a participatory systems framework focused on analysing and strengthening inclusion through presence, participation, and voice. Previously, as Co-CEO & Research / Impact Lead at Shonaquip Social Enterprise, I conceptualised ecosystem-based inclusion and operationalised integrated MERL systems tracking over 200 programme outcomes and indicators, while teaching and supervising qualitative and mixed-methods research. My impact has been recognised internationally, including a Zero Project Award (2023), and I continue publishing peer-reviewed work on inclusion, voice, and systems transformation.
