What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build a career in HR, where I can use my organisational, problem-solving, communication, and learning-and-development experience to support people and make a positive impact.

At Baringa Partners, I design learning workshops, support training delivery, maintain learning documentation, and coordinate suppliers through D365 and purchase-order processes. I identified an international PO-process gap and worked with Finance Services to improve system access and operational productivity.

Previously at Samsung, I exceeded £7.5k in sales in my third month, supported customer appointments and events, and shadowed managers during interviews and scheduling. I’m working towards CIPD Level 3 and bring experience in stakeholder communication, administration, customer service, and learning support.
