At Elite Orthodontics, I support patient relations and orthodontic assisting while handling dental instrument sterilization, including autoclave and ultrasonic cleaning. I’m comfortable shadowing clinical workflows and assisting in a way that helps patients feel cared for from arrival to follow-up.

Before that, I served as a Sales Lead, where I managed opening and closing store processes, coached new associates, and organized the stockroom to keep inventory operations accurate and efficient. I also prepared inventory reports and delivered consistent customer service—balancing multiple conversations while maintaining organization.

Alongside my work, I studied Food Science with a General Business minor at the University of Maryland, College Park, earning repeated Deans list recognition. I’m ready to bring my administrative strength, customer-facing experience, and remote collaboration tools (Slack and Zoom) to a team that values reliability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
