I turn messy documents into clean, usable data. For the last six years I have processed financial applications and loan files for two federal agencies, where accuracy is audited: 3,300+ eligibility determinations and daily file reviews at better than 99% on quality review, and 25,000+ applications processed during the 2020–2022 disaster-loan surge.
What I deliver: scanned PDFs, forms and statements converted into clean spreadsheets with every field checked against the source; document sets indexed, tagged, deduplicated and OCR-cleaned with a searchable page-level index; data cleanup and reconciliation against a second source, with mismatches flagged; and standard operating procedures and training materials written from your actual workflow, not a template.
How I work: clear scope, a sample delivered before the full run on any large job, and a written QA log with every delivery. I built my own OCR, deduplication and document-indexing tooling for 500-page scanned files, so volume is not a problem; the human time goes into checking, not retyping.
