Over 10+ years, I’ve built operational architectures that help complex organizations operationalize governance—grounded in frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK, SAFe, Privacy by Design, PrivacyOps, NIST AI RMF, AI TRISM, ISO 27001, and ISO 42001.

I designed and published PROA Framework™, an agile operating model to implement governance in privacy, data and AI in the agentic era—reducing regulatory friction while enabling execution inside delivery teams.

In corporate leadership, I delivered measurable outcomes as Data Product Group Director at Walmart (reduced Time-to-Market by 40% and generated USD 45k MRR) and as a Data Coach at BCI, where I led an agile data operating model across squads spanning data strategy, risk, regulatory compliance, privacy, and advanced analytics.
