I’m looking to build applied AI (NLP/LLMs), scalable data pipelines, and decision-ready analytics—turning hundreds of millions of records into actionable insights with strong data quality and measurable impact.

I’m a Senior Data Scientist and Economist with 10+ years designing large-scale data systems and machine learning solutions across public institutions and international organizations. I specialize in AI systems, data engineering, and advanced analytics applied to economic, judicial, and policy datasets.

In my current role at the National Prosecutor’s Office of Chile, I built an AI-assisted analytical system processing 200k+ police narratives and created an NLP pipeline for 200K+ narratives. This reduced manual review workload by 400K minutes (about 3 years of analyst time) and generated 100K+ in operational cost savings, while enabling prosecutors and analysts to rapidly identify patterns across reports.

Previously, I developed centralized analytics and automated ETL pipelines at UNIDO and ECLAC, including large-scale infrastructure processing 5M+ enterprise survey records and managing pipelines processing 300M+ records at the Central Bank of Chile. Across roles, I focus on reliable data quality, scalable engineering, and analytical tools that support decision makers with confidence and speed.
