I’m looking for a Trust & Safety or content policy role where I can improve enforcement systems, scale detection workflows, and strengthen review quality through clear guidance, escalation rigor, and root-cause driven process improvements.

I’m a Trust & Safety specialist with 5+ years at YouTube enforcing content policy at scale across high-sensitivity categories. I build and improve detection workflows, draft enforcement guidance, and set quality standards that help review teams act consistently and accurately.

In my work, I’ve designed violative-content detection improvements that surfaced hundreds of non-compliant videos missed by existing processes, authored review notes on escalations, and created scalable reupload guidance adopted by broader teams.
