I am an experienced HR executive with over 20 years of success in designing and scaling total rewards, compensation, and benefits programs across high-growth and mid-market environments. My expertise lies in delivering job architecture frameworks, pay transparency models, and integrated HR platforms that drive workforce alignment and compliance. I am known for my ability to blend hands-on execution with enterprise thinking, making me a trusted partner for C-suite leaders during transformative initiatives.

In my current role as Vice President of Total Rewards at Willow Bridge Property Company, I built the company’s first enterprise-wide job architecture and compensation structure. I led the execution of merit processes across the enterprise and enhanced total rewards communications to increase employee awareness and retention. My previous experience includes integrating multiple acquired businesses into a single HR system and designing performance-based incentive plans that drive productivity and retention.
