I’m an Agile Delivery Manager and certified Scrum Master with 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional software delivery in a ~25-person Dev/QA/BA environment. I help teams move from uncertainty to execution by bringing structure, visibility, and sustained delivery momentum.

At ITSA, I was brought in to fix historically poor delivery performance. I introduced Scrum from a near-greenfield starting point, built reporting structures that surfaced real delivery risk to leadership, and lifted sprint success rate above 70% through velocity-based planning, disciplined backlog refinement, and capacity-aware commitments.

I’m hands-on with delivery mechanics: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, risk & issue management, and dependency coordination across business, product, and engineering. I also administered Jira at depth—workflows, boards, sprint schemes, parallel sprints, and permission management aligned to delivery cadence—so the process matched how the team actually worked.

I also lean into AI-augmented ways of working, using AI-assisted user-story refinement, sprint summarisation, and retrospective synthesis to accelerate documentation without increasing overhead. Before that, as a Co-Founder / Agile Team Coordinator, I applied Scrum and Kanban to a small team to improve planning, transparency, and delivery consistency—results I’m now ready to bring to a collaborative, outcome-focused team as I continue toward C1 German.
