In this role, I collaborate with students, families, administrators, and staff to support academic and behavioral outcomes. I maintain detailed records, track student progress, and coordinate classroom activities, adapting communication strategies for diverse audiences while facilitating group discussions.
Previously, I worked as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual, where I coordinated client meetings and follow-up throughout the financial planning process. I analyzed financial information and created risk management strategies to support client goals, educating clients on investment options and simplifying complex information for confident decision-making.
Before that, I was a Light Industrial Recruiter at Aerotek, managing full-cycle recruiting by sourcing, screening, and identifying qualified candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities.
