I also build end-to-end use cases for the Upsell Experience across the Bonvoy app, email, push notifications, and front desk.
At Verscent, I designed products across enterprise SaaS, consumer mobile, and AI-assisted workflows, including a configurable rewards rules engine and native iOS apps. I’ve also designed and shipped features for Fourth / HotSchedules’ workforce management platform and created a mobile-first local discovery experience for MiBarr.io.
