Lead global supply chain process and systems transformation across five sites in three countries, translating customer and operational requirements into scalable SAP/WMS-enabled processes. Managed up to five concurrent customer implementations, converting business requirements into operating procedures, system changes, test scenarios, training materials, go-live plans, and sustainable handover models. Delivered six customer implementations plus one construction project across healthcare, FMCG, building materials, fashion, and e-commerce environments.

Led operational-excellence and process-improvement initiatives across two warehouses and five logistics operations, combining data analysis, process mapping, physical layout, vendor coordination, and implementation.
