What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build automated, personalized digital campaigns and customer-facing content, using marketing technology and AI tools in an international, collaborative environment.

I've supported digital marketing and e-commerce activity for Air France-KLM Group brands, including Air France-KLM, Transavia, SkyTeam, SkyTeam Cargo and Flying Blue.

I execute segmented, automated and personalized email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Acoustic, using multivariate testing and HTML manipulation to improve customer-facing communications. I also create newsletters, campaign assets and SEO-conscious web content with Adobe tools and Dreamweaver.

I work closely with international stakeholders on campaign requirements, reporting, copywriting and time-sensitive crisis communications. I also use generative AI tools including ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini, OpenAI Codex, Midjourney and Kling AI for research, content creation, prototyping and AI-assisted development.
