What I'm looking for

I am seeking senior roles that combine factory/production leadership with sustainability and research—opportunities to implement cleaner production, scale circular solutions, and mentor teams in mission-driven organizations.

I am a factory manager and environmental scientist with over 14 years of experience in industrial development, sustainability, and production supervision. My background combines applied chemistry and environmental science to support cleaner production and circular economy practices.

I have led research, consultancy, and training to boost manufacturing productivity, conducted environmental and sector assessments, and delivered feasibility studies and EIA work that informed policy-relevant technical support. I hold patents related to Ensete ventricosum fiber paper formulation and cellulose-reinforced bioplastic development.

My operational experience includes factory management, lean process improvement, quality and safety oversight, and supervising production teams across soap & detergent and chemical manufacturing. I have supported SME competitiveness through technology adoption, job creation initiatives, and resource optimization.

I bring strong leadership in project coordination, environmental health and climate analysis, and a commitment to sustainable, inclusive industrial growth—particularly initiatives that benefit women and youth.
