Principal consultant combining community engagement, workforce development, and project consulting to drive compliant, measurable outcomes.
What I'm looking for
I bring a blend of organization development, workforce development, and project consulting, built through long-term work supporting complex stakeholders and public-facing initiatives. I’m known for being articulate, analytical, and diligent—turning strategy into practical training, outreach, and delivery.
For private corporation and airport/County-aligned initiatives, I’ve consulted on construction-related projects, mentor-protégé facilitation, and community outreach/public involvement. I’ve supported monthly reporting, client communication, presentations, and project tasks—strengthening vendor compliance and engagement across partners.
I also lead education-focused programming, including employment readiness curriculum development and delivery for “Helping Young People Excel” and “Helping Your People Excel (H.Y.P.E.).” My training work has served diverse groups such as district HOST programs, youth initiatives, and detention-center clients, emphasizing results-based preparation and practical learning.
Earlier in my career, I strengthened my analytical and operational foundation through compensation, performance management, and RFP/contract specialist work, including proposals ranging from $1.5 million to $19 million. I’ve also contributed through Peace Corps service (training and technical leadership) and remain committed to survey design, data collection, and non-profit board development (including Registered Parliamentarian certification in progress).
