I’m an Implementation Coordinator and Project Management professional focused on delivering FinTech SaaS implementations with clarity, structure, and strong stakeholder communication. I manage end-to-end project lifecycles—from planning and client onboarding to deployment and post-go-live support.

In my recent role with a FinTech SaaS provider serving BFSI clients, I created project timelines, milestone trackers, and resource plans to protect delivery dates. I led requirement discussions, translated business needs into actionable deliverables, and maintained project documentation including risk logs, meeting minutes, and progress reporting.

I also take ownership of testing and quality checks before go-live, including UAT testing, to help ensure smooth rollouts. After deployment, I provide issue resolution and user guidance, while continuously identifying process improvement opportunities to increase project efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Alongside implementation work, I bring operational and customer-facing experience from event coordination—handling end-to-end execution, logistics, vendor management, and last-minute operational problem solving. I’m also building my digital marketing and HR foundation through my current Master’s, including Meta Ads campaign planning, performance monitoring, and ROI optimization.
