I’m an IT Project Manager focused on end-to-end delivery, turning complex requirements into structured plans, timelines, and clear stakeholder communication. I bring hands-on experience managing full project lifecycles and aligning cross-functional teams to measurable milestones.

In my current role at Suacasa NG, I manage concurrent construction project timelines and coordinate engineers, vendors, and contractors. I implement Jira for tracking and accountability, act as the primary client liaison with weekly progress reporting, and maintain high client communication satisfaction through consistent milestone follow-through.

I also led a team of 4 during freelancing and upskilling to plan and coordinate development of an event management application, managing scope, timeline, and stakeholder needs. Using Agile practices with weekly sprint reviews, I improved delivery predictability while ensuring alignment across design, development, and testing workstreams.

To strengthen my project management practice, I built and documented a simulated CampusConnect project, completing project charters, WBS, Gantt schedules, risk registers, sprint plans, and closure reporting. I planned and executed 3 Agile sprints delivering user stories across core modules, managing risks with defined triggers, mitigation strategies, and contingency plans.
