I’m a results-driven Job Application Specialist, working independently and remotely since 2023 to execute 250+ job applications per week. I consistently transform generic applications into interview-generating profiles through targeted tailoring and strategic positioning.

I built and run a structured resume tailoring system that improves application-to-interview conversion rates by aligning resumes with job descriptions, ATS requirements, and recruiter expectations. I also apply keyword optimization strategies to improve ATS visibility and recruiter match rates, while tracking pipelines in Google Sheets to reduce missed opportunities.

I create content for X/Twitter and digital platforms to help niche audiences understand complex ideas through clear, high-quality threads. Using digital marketing principles like hook writing, readability, and structured storytelling—and leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT—I scale content production without sacrificing clarity.

I also support cross-functional improvements by translating operational pain points into technical improvements for usability, performance, and scalability of the Inbox platform, and I mentor engineers through architecture reviews, debugging sessions, and code reviews. Earlier, in inventory/stockkeeping at OSITINI, I managed ₦1,000,000+ in inventory, maintained zero-damage handling for fragile items, and reduced discrepancies through routine stock checks.
