I seek senior roles where I can lead HSS and infectious-disease programs, influence policy, build partnerships, and scale sustainable, data-driven health solutions.

I am an accomplished public health leader with over 20 years designing, implementing, and managing complex health programs across Sub-Saharan Africa, with a strong focus on Malawi. My work centers on Health Systems Strengthening (HSS), maternal, newborn and child health (MNCH), HIV, TB, and evidence-driven policy and program design.

At USAID Malawi I provide technical and programmatic oversight of sizeable HSS portfolios, serve as Alt AOR and Activity Manager, and co-chair the USG HSS Technical Working Group—driving strategic investments in HRH, health financing, and governance. I blend operational management with financial accountability to ensure donor compliance and sustained impact.

Previously I led technical HIV/TB, malaria, and child health programs with Palladium, KNCV, Project HOPE, PSI, and the Malawi Ministry of Health—implementing pilots, scaling interventions, building capacity of thousands of health workers, and strengthening clinical and community systems to improve case finding, treatment, and outcomes.

I am bilingual (English and Chichewa), experienced in stakeholder and government engagement, and committed to leveraging data, continuous quality improvement, and digital health innovations to deliver sustainable, rights-based public health solutions.
